Woke up this morning and decided I needed a break. Called in sick, grabbed my coffee, and walked along the coast for three hours. Forgot how good it feels to just slow down and watch the waves. Saw a pod of dolphins near the pier which was incredible. Sometimes you just need to remind yourself that life is more than deadlines and emails.
